Improve your mobility, strength and stamina with our circuit training workout regime. During a circuit, guests will be provided with 6-10 exercises which needs to be completed one exercise after another. A short rest period is followed by another exercise in the program, this process is repeated 3 - 4 times. Circuit training is the ideal program to burn a lot of caloriesand keep energy levels high throughout the day.
We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check.
